• AirJourney service fees are non-refundable.
• If cancellation is allowed, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund (if eligible).

Flight Cancellation Policy

• Most airlines offer refundable and non-refundable fare types. Please check your fare conditions before requesting cancellation.
• Refundable fares may be cancelled with applicable airline penalties.
• Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refund unless the airline cancels or reschedules the flight significantly.
• Some airlines may offer credit or travel vouchers instead of refunds.

Hotel and Vacation Package Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary by hotel and package provider. Please check the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation may be available up to a certain time prior to check-in.
• No-shows or cancellations made after the free window may incur full charges.

Cancellation Time Frame

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure or check-in time (depending on the provider’s policy).
• Urgent same-day cancellations should be made via phone to ensure timely handling.

Non-Cancellable Bookings

Some discounted or promotional fares, hotel bookings, or vacation packages are completely non-cancellable and non-refundable. These will be clearly labeled during the booking process.
