At AirJourney, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before making any booking through our website or customer support.

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are only applicable where permitted by the fare rules of the airline or terms of the service provider (hotels, car rentals, etc.).
  • Not all bookings are eligible for refunds. Many discounted or promotional fares are non-refundable.
  • Refunds must be requested before the travel date. No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • All refund approvals are subject to the policies of the relevant service provider.

Flight Ticket Refunds

Flight ticket refund eligibility is determined by the airline’s fare rules. If a ticket is refundable:

  • Airline cancellation fees may apply and be deducted from the refund amount.
  • AirJourney’s service and booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable tickets may only be refunded in special circumstances, such as airline-initiated cancellations or medical emergencies (subject to documentation and airline approval).

Hotel & Other Services Refunds

  • Refunds for hotel, car rental, and vacation package components depend on the cancellation policy of the specific provider.
  • Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Refund requests made within the free cancellation window will be processed without penalty, excluding our service fee.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow:

  • 7 to 21 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the provider, payment processor, and your bank.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • AirJourney’s service, booking, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Credit card convenience charges and third-party fees are also non-refundable.
